Works well with the radio, no obvious problems. Transmit and receive audio are fine, transmit levels are consistent with the over-the-ear D boom mic I bought a couple of years ago. I always worry a bit about phone plugs, particularly when they arre at the end of coiled cords and the possibility of strain on the jacks is significant, but this plug seems to sit pretty well in the radio, and I don't anticipate any problems.
For me it makes using a hand held easier to use. Other people say it sounds well. PTT button took me a short bit to get use to. But all is well.

A little odd in shape and size but made of good quality and has loud audio TX and RX. Compliments the CS750 well!
